PageLightPrime releases collaboration platform for law firms

Law firms with multiple locations and cross boundary offices are finding it challenging to update the members of the case with the upcoming activities and track the tasks assigned to different users. PageLightPrime integration of Matter, Contract and Document entities with OneNote and Microsoft Team will allow authorized users to engage with their colleagues without the need to send emails and wait for a reply.

PageLightPrime is built on Microsoft 365 and Teams channel can be created for every document that are co-authored. Document finalization features will validate that actions are taken on all mentions and tasks are completed. All the comments and metadata are removed so documents are sanitized and ready to be shared with external users. Outlook integration with Legal DMS makes it easier to send any document version in PDF or native format.
Business process like disbursement approvals, KYC and AML for clients can be tracked along with conflict check request during the lead intake process. Partners can get a holistic view of the practice with the data analytics to measure law firm productivity and profitability. New workflow can be setup by lawyers by simple drag and drop with data mashup from Opportunity, Case, Invoice or Agreements.
Legal DMS has electronic signature feature for clients to sign fee engagements or court forms. Clients will receive case updates through legal client portal. Requested documents can be upload through the portal eliminating the need for secretaries to send reminders. Clients can post questions, schedule appointments and request feedback on the case through the collaboration client portal.
PageLightPrime ADR module provides dispute resolution platform with multiple parties invited in the secure room with video recording, polls, agenda, resolutions, and decision approvals. Accepted mediation can be assembled and digital signature obtained.
